i was just wondering...
Susake has 2 of those black dots in his Sharingan
but Kakashi has 3

is it bout the level of which they use it
or just unconsistant artwork...

tell me if im wrong
i dont have any eps to refer to..

I recall hearing that Kakashi has an extra one because his use of the Sharingan is more advanced that Sasuke's, but I'm not sure. =/

That's right Kurt, if you notice, in the beginning, Sasuke only has 1 dot. The more dots, the more powerful. Three is tops.

i thought he had 1 dot to start off
but i didnt no for sure so i didnt put it down

actually i thought 1 eye had 1 dot
and the other had 2 (wen he was fighting haku)
and 1 eye (2 dots) caught what haku was doin
or sumthing like that

Yep. When Sasuke first uses Sharingan, he's got 2 dots in one eye, and 1 dot in the other. Haku comments that "it's not complete".

Um, no, I'm pretty sure he has 1 in both and that's why Haku comments that it's not complete. Because one dot is weak. Besides, it still wouldn't have been complete even if his eyes both had two dots, 'cause the max is three. You can't have two in one eye and one in the other.

The fact is, the more dots, the better.
