Set-up question

On the main site it says that you need either Half-Life, CounterStrike, or DoD to play the game.

So, I installed the ESF mod, but instead of putting it in a Half-Life folder (due to the lack of me owning HL), I installed it in my Valve folder where I have Counter Strike 1.6 (off of the Condition Zero disc).

Then, when I tried to start up the mod, it wouldn't allow me.

Did I just do something wrong or do I need Half-Life and not CounterStrike to run the mod?

Won't work with a Condition-Zero key.

Crap. Oh Well, guess I gotta buy Half-Life.
