Funny how in your post 8 minutes before this your "i" key didn't work. Seems to work fine now. Anyways, the meleesounds.sc file is a blank text file. So just create one in notepad, but make sure you change the 'Save as Type' to 'All Files', otherwise it'll save it as 'meleesounds.sc.txt'.
