why isn't scattershot like in the episode's hovering in the air, moving beams makes it harder to aim (like when piccolo did scattershot on #17)

yea, like the camping kamehameha of goku, but only you shoot it and it stops after some time, then alt fire to launch it to someone.

also make it be to an alternate kikou ha attack with charging option (like vegetas renzouko ha) , instead of standalone attack, cause its too useless for a stand alone.
