SBC Improvments

The way the SBC currently is, its very easyly spammed, seriously spammed, I think it shoudl take longer to charge and keep its strentgh the way it is, its liek a free moving kame with no charge time. :x

That really makes it abusive, and thats all people do on most servers. Which makes it almsot impossible to melee them because they shoot one you dodge it and then they shoot another and drop down.

The SBC on 1.2 will be attached ... soo making the charge longer wont be needed

if its attached it should be an instant kill with no explosion

later in show it doesn't do instant kill ...stupid Goku breaks this rule after fighting with U Cell in Cell games

if unblocked it will put a hole through you *instand kill*
if blocked than just like normal *blockable*

i think the destructo disc should be like this also
