Running after installing

Heloo Esf team, i recently downloaded esf. I succesfully installed, but when i tried to run it, something about hl.exe i downloaded it from fileplanet, and a few other sites.
Basically it dont run, and when i go into sierra/halflife/ESF/- there is no start icon to play, anyone know whats wrong and how i can fix it?

you have to start half-life and you see custom games select it then pick esf and then activate it and then multyplayer

I recently upgraded my Installation of HL to play NS and decided to do it from a fresh install. NS and Halflife work fine... but ESF just runs a blank black screen when I start a game. Any ideas on what's causing that? I must admit, it's not a recent download of ESF (it's the old one, but I don't think it's been changed at all).

the folder name should be esforces

and try to re-download esf if you still have the problem
