Rotateing Sig in Text

I can't find the thread That has instructions how to do this but if someone could just write out the code I want everything under my Chii Sig to rotate and be blue. If someone could just write out that line for me it would be much appreciated.

P.S. Make a span inbetween each part plz!!

What do you mean rotate? I know how to make color text, glowing color text, and text thats slides across the screen thats it.

It's not actually rotating, it's sliding and I've been telling alot of people about this, and i don't even get a slight more popular. Anyways,

Just replace the * with <
Copy and paste it in your sig.
