How many times have you just seen the perfect timeing?
How many times have you just been so shure he wouldnt mocve?
And dont you jsut wish he ddidnt lookaround and get the hell outta there?

I shure do
So why not make it so after you home scatter shots or kame Torpedos,
You can be able to re home them just incase if he moves.
(provides for nice chace scenes)

would be nice in theory, but it may unbalance the game,
picollo can charge up to 8 scatter shots, imagine being chased by them, at the moment its not that hard to dodge them but they are really useful against floored opponents, or helping out a friend in need.

i find a useful tactic is to shoot beams at your team m8's it doesnt cause them any damage and when some1 goes to melee them they get blown away.
yeah, i remember when i used to spam beams ...

actually this could work just fine if :

you have to hold down the mouse the whole time it is homing , allowing time for them to still be able to find you and kill you if there near enough.
Besides, its only homing, nothing a block cant handle if need be.

another idea could be having the beams/balls lock on for a time limit (not that long) and they would home for the time limit.

YEah the weaker the attack- more time limit.
Stronger- less time limit

im all for it... not for beams tho. only certain detachable attacks. 2 off the top of my head have already been mentioned (scatter shot and kame-torpedoes)... OH!! I GOT IT!! vegeta's new move! u kno how when vegeta was fighting the newly powered up perfect cell? remember how he shot those renzoku type balls all around him? well that could definetly be homed in like the forum says. that could actualy make renzoku useful. aside from that tho, this sounds like a good idea for a couple attacks.
