Well i'm sure it will be perfectly comfortable and all that jazz, i'm not disputing that. I just think it looks ugly, plain and simple.

I will be getting the PS3 as well.

I just wish I could see a side-view of the controller.

The console looks like the best thing ever, it owns the 360's design.

The controller though...i'm with nuttzy, if they released a Wireless PS2 controller that was compatible i'd much prefer to use that instead.

Hideo Kojima introduced Konami's Metal Gear Solid 4, Capcom showed off Devil May Cry 4, Namco unveiled Tekken 6, Polyphony Digital trotted out Gran Turismo 5, SCEE showed off a brutal section of the next Killzone, and Rockstar Games mentioned that a Grand Theft Auto would be released for the console.

anyway, on 1 side it looks really cool, and futuristic, but on the other side, it looks TOO curved, bent....whatever...

I say it looks pretty sweet. The controller... I admit it looks weird, but I gotta say, I prefer it to the current PS controller, asthetically speaking.

Looks like a computer to me... That thing can probably run esf better than most computers in this forums. But that controller deffinatly needs a redo.

I personally think they should stick with the old ps/2 controller version.

And where the hell do you plug in the controllers....

I'm so glad they did this. You all have no idea. Anti-Sony naysayers are finally and officially owned.

The controller looks like the custome one that you could have bought in 97/98...

I think they changed the design due to the "dual shock" lawsuit. I doubt we will see that in the PS3's controller.

unfortunately that ff7 vid, was just a tech demo. i doubt they will remake the entire game (it taks considderably less work to put together an FMV sequence).

pg asbf isaai ipdsaib re :O (speachless)

I so hope to god this is not a **** tease.

you....you...yo....you....y....youu.....you....you...*slaps*....you mean.....ff7 is coming for.....ps3? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH *bangs head against wall* FINALLY sony listend me ;) its about time, people have been waiting for ages for a new ff7 remake  i mean, its like the best final fantasy rpg made ever, better than ff1, ff2, ff5, ff6, ff8, ff9, ff10, ff11, ff12...and what ever other ff's will come

anyway, clouds eyes looked a bit weird, but damn....this looks exactly like in the advance children movie....i wonder if the part he jumped of the train was actual ingame footage (or atleast what the ps3 is capable of) or if it was still part of the movie, i mean, it uses the special, realistic hair stuff....ya....and i dont even think games on the pc use this yet other then for movies

however we musnt be too happy yet, it says "demo" this could very well be a demo to test out the ps3, but not a remake of ff7, ;( would make alot of people mad though if they wont remake it:
