Program on POTW?

I looked at the POTW and i wondered what program that is.
It would come in handy for other mods.

Its called createing a picture, renameing that picture to POTW.jpeg or something, and then putting that succka in the other POTW's place.

The name of the program is "Mantis Bug Tracker", ( http://bugs.esforces.com ). Search Google for 'download mantis bug tracker' and you'll find plenty of links.

no i mean the program or actually script they are using to keep up with all the projects they are doing.
not the POTW itself, im not dumb....
