Problems with the game

Every time i click on the Earth's Special Forces icon it opens up steam and brings me to console. I have tried reinstalling and i tried changing games in the filters. I tried opening Counter-Strike 1.5 and changing the filter to esf but there is nothing there. Any suggestions?
