Whenever I go into a server, usually non-dedicated, the throw time is all messed up, for example it takes longer and doesn't eat up any ki.But when I go to another server, dedicated or non-ded The throw time is fast and eats up the ki... Is this normal?

Sonic Boyster Can verify On this issue, I believe I was playing with him when it first occured....

I've seen that as well, I think it depends on how strong your opponent is. If he's stronger it's going to take longer i guess. It probably shouldn't take less ki though, maybe a latency issue?

No I get 20 ping, so the ki should have went down for the throwing time...

I tried this out in a lan, and when I got into a throw it took extremely long, and my opponent was not pumping ki to cushion himself, we were at teh same pl. And no Ki was taken off either.

About the throw, when in ssj it should use less KI like everything else.

Maybe it has to do with their powerlevel in relation to yours, as well as how many hits you land in prepunch before you activate the throw.

Just so you guys know. Throw works like this, when you start throwing someone, your opponent, the guy being thrown, can hold the primary fire button to put some ki into the throw and make it harder for you, the thrower, to actually throw him.

I was playing yesterday and was trying to throw SSJ Goku as SSJ Trunks and couldnt do it with even full Ki.
