problem with cool edit

i got a problem. I made a trans2 sound that is 9 sec long and .wav but it doesnt work ingame plz help me. i think i saved it wrong or something
i use cool edit 2000

download multiquence then go to track / add audio section and find your sound. then go to file / save a wave then on file attributes change it to 8bit,mono,unassigned. then save it were you want to save it. and it will work ingame.

tnx that helped but now i got an other problem, the sound is 2 silence

I have cool edit pro 2.0 registered
and I cant seem to engage the upgratation setup on it!
(upgrating to Adobe Audition 1.0!!!)

can some1 tell whats wrong?

wtf r u guys talking about?

ALL character sounds are WAV not MP3 (MP3 is for music in ESF)

and i already increased the volume for him (he send me the file) and i use Nero for my sounds (and soundrecorder from Windows to merge))

yes he did it, and it was wav not mp3, it works good ingame, tnx mystic
