Power Surges and Transformations

I've noticed that, quite consistently, just after my first transformation on every server my character gets an insane surge of power when he attacks something. I don't mean a visible PL increase, I mean being able to detonate a kamehameha close to twice the size that I end up with after my second transformation (after I've died). I have been Goku, with a Power Level near 3,500,000 (after transformation), and have been able to blow up half of Esf_city (map name?) with a single kamehameha. This kamehameha is quite lethal, even to myself, from half of the map away, and it is a rather large map. After being killed once or twice, my beams drop to a more realistic power level. Has anyone else noticed this? It may only happen with Goku.

Also, what is the difference in damage between a kamehameha that is charged one third of the way and a fully charged one? I've noticed that on random occations as SSJ Goku I've been able to detonate kamehamehas that were only charged one third of the bar and have done the same damage with the same range of a fully charged version. I don't mean consistently, just once every 5 times or so. It seems to randomly get super charged when I'm SSJ.

ive noticed after i transform my beams are huge.. but as i keep gaining pl they die down

he explosion is calculated of the power of the beam and the average PL of all players ...
if you can transfrom that's a big powerup for you ... but later if everyone is as strong as the other, all beam are almost equal
