i think that sometimes in a powerstruggle instead of the beams exploding on the losing person (or pushing them back as it seems is planned for 1.1) if its powerful enough, when it gets to them it just gets huge and incinerates them like in cell with gohan's kamehameha (and countless other big beam fights) this would be kinda nice so that the winner doesnt die so often in difficult struggles

In ever intense ps someone dies there is no way you can take a hit from the amount of energy used. They are adding crushing damage. Meaning that the beam will push you back against a wall and crush you.
