I notes that I had send 139 messages yesterday.. Today it is still at 139, but I have send about 145 by now? Why is it doing that...

Eh... It shouldn't matter anyway what your post count is, not to mention that it's not that big of a problem. There's no rewards to having a high post count (there used to be, though it wasn't anything special), so it shouldn't really matter.

But I have post in ESF Chat, Mapping, Newbie Central and Models / Skins here yesterday, and that didn't increase my post count...

As some said, post count ain't that important. I wonder why people do so much trouble for it to get it as high as they can. As on topic, If i am correct, you also don't get any post count if you only typed a few words in a post.
