Sure, You should be able to find the theme from WindowBlinds, The theme's called as "Aura"

My Style is called 'Nuage Redux', I'm pretty sure I got it from Wincustomize.com

I'm not a big fan of the metallic gray in the Start Menu and the windows, but the Taskbar looks great. :3

The borders look awesome, but on this style, they look better, IMO:
