OK this is something I have been working on the last couple of weeks just for fun.

Just did the lighting few hours ago and thought that it was time to show the world :p

wow nice scene , very nice detail and such good use of lights for the shadows too =] hope u are gonig to texture and do a render with the finish product and good job again mate :yes:

it looks kinda weird. like youve used the same tree over and over, just scaled it vertically.... it makes the scene look un natural, and doesnt fit too well...

I think that's only because that he's used the same type of tree if he missed in some other trees that are in the area it would look better.

but yeah, i think maybe some different kinds, other than just furr tree's.

The scaling was automaticly. I selected 2 tris on the landscape then with the tree that i made I made it replicate 50 times and scale vertically(randomly).

This scene is really not somthing with detail or anything but its just for practise really...


I'll mayby do somthing with detail later. This was just to learn max better.
