Ports Problem please help

No one can see my server on the list. I think it has to do with my ports. I'm using steam and version 1.2.3 with RC1 add-on. I went to my router's web page and I need to know what to put for:

1-Pinhole (Port) Name
2-Protocol (TCP or UDP)
3-External Port Start
4-External Port End
5-Internet IP Address
6-Internal Port

Start: 27015
End: 27015

IP Address, most likely your local IP: EX: 192.168.x.x
Internal port?

Internal port is the same as external.
