POPups! the horror!

basically what happens is when i go to any website, i get these popups from internet explorer. i believe it's due to these two files

qwr67.exe
wpajtryf67hazytrd.exe

i have programs to remove these from my computer, but everytime i would start mozilla, i believe a script would automatically redownload these two programs causing my problem to never end. anyone have any ideas where i would find the script causing this problem? it happens when i use mozilla or internet explorer and when i go to any website

I have two commands that will fix just about anything;

and

... beyond that, I have no clue. Tried running extensive virusscans and spyware removal programs?

some guy gave me a program that deletes any file permanently.

if you know where the file is, like where it resides, give this a go.

This happend me once too... trying to delete the File but always said that it was in use...

anyway never could fix it..
