My advice is liven it up a bit. It is really bland with just the black and white. Get some sweet graphics in there.

I'm not a huge fan of frames, but if you "have" to use them make the borders 0 so we dont have to look at the grey lines.

i think u need a better layout u know something not as simple
oh and 2 scroll bas are always a bad idea ditch the one on the left and just have one scroll bar
