can some1 point me in the right place 4 a total noobe???

i have 3D studio max 4 and when i put bit maps in 4 skinning i cant put them on what i want and i dont know how 2 model like u guys... as in get a block and move it the way i want it so its a super kool shape

Studio max is mostly too hard to understand for beginning modelers.

I suggest u begin with milkshape.
