Well, to be honest, I think you wont do any good here, as it is a Half-Life forum, although you could get some names / e-mails from the different people around here. I dont actually know any to be honest, but try at the forums at Planet Quake (or other Quake 3 communities).

Anyone who knows advanced C/C++ could be a "quake coder". I believe what you want is a programmer familiar with the Qauke 3 source code.

Also, these sort of threads aren't allowed here as far as I know...
