Yes, Piccolo is one of the fasted and should be so in the game. I remember when the team first released that little flash program that gave details about the game. I immediately went and looked at piccolo first and was very surprised to find that he was just as fast as Trunks, meaning he is the slowest. A speed increase for this man would be a very nice addition.

As he is now, Pic's good, but not for someone who doesn't know how to use him. And yeah, it's kinda no fun that he doesn't have one of his defining characteristics. Plus he's kinda lanky looking, his attacks aren't so strong (heck, he can't even logically PS at all), he shouldn't be slow at all
