piccolo's special beam cannon

I don't know if this is already posted?!?!?!?!

If piccolo or cell does a special beam cannon, and if i block it, they can do another special beam cannon O_O, please fix this, i posted this thread here because its a suggestion for beta 1.1 (to fix it)
