Open GL

How exactly do I get Open GL to work with my video card? Is it a hardware thing and some cards just can't use it, or do I need to change/download something?

opengl is an hardware interface
just make sure you have the newest driver for your graficcard
most graficcards support opengl(at least all nvidia, ati and even voodoo)
if you want to use opengl in hl, don´t choose the minigl-drivers from the menu, they are only for voodoo-cards
