Seriously though dude, if you can fork out the money and you think it's worth it, see if you have a case. If not... I think you would still need to tell police or someone about this so they can investigate the manufacturer. Reminds me of the snail-in-a-bottle case... Some lady bought a bottle of ginger beer. It was one of those old dark brown glass bottles, so she couldn't see what was in it. When she finished it off, she found a decomposed snail in the bottle and got sick, so she sued the manufacturer. This case gave precedent to the whole "Duty of care to the consumer" thing. These guys have clearly broken their duty of care. If it were me I'd sue their asses so bad.
