Old Game Downloading

Is it considered Illegal to download games no longer in production? Such as old PS1 games?

Yes However if the company didnt exsist i doubt it would be illegal since theres no where for them to prosicute since the company faild

The game is 15 years old. Technically speaking, it is illegal if you download it. Will somebody care? Doubt it. Good luck finding a used copy somewhere.

Lol I just went and bought it. XD
