ok need some help when i try and join a net game!

ok when i try and join a friend on the net (when he had made the surver)

firstly, some times i get cut of saying u just missed an incoming call (sometimes this happens when am trying to play like at 3 in the morning)
or i get a send pak error? wtf? this is really annoying me now

has it got anything to do with a 56k modem? or windows xp?

can any plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me out on this

no, i have windows xp and its work very well ... I think its definitly because of your 56k modem ...
