i can't connect to servers, it goes to downloading resources then disconnects and i get that in log. I installed form 1.2 full install and upgraded to 1.2.1. looks like 1.2 may not have the files or 1.2.1 takes them out or changes them.

After getting the same problem except for not missing those files in all the other hl mods i check the steampowered forum and discovered that it was accually a problem with my routers firmware. So no it is not a bug.
