Sense Abilety :

Just pres a button or something and u can sense ur Allies and anemys witch licht up for a few sec when u taget an enemy u can Get the reading OF his PL
And then u can attack


Frieza + BUU get scouter

And gohan + goku + krillin + trunks + vegeta + Piccolo get DB RADAR + sense

EDIT: 2 Auto Options

1:Sens Alert : ur sens Alerds u When A Enemy is Close to u And it sayswhats his PL is

2:When A player is charging his PL or Charging Energy in an attack Senes Wil tell u thad With Some Bar With or without nr Thad its rising his energy When its gows red or the reading stops The friend or enemy CAn Attack or Fire any moment.

That's what the radar is for , it would pointless to code a sense thing in because it would be a dead give away

Thads not true Of al the characters Only vegeta and Cell uses Scouter and not even for long The only thing thad is use is DBRADAR The all Have sense Why the scouter

Cell never used a radar , and thats why i said it would be a dead give away if somone is attacking it would give time to dodge it , its also been discused before in other threads

Well, if someone is charging an attack, you can look at them, and see, it doesn't take an ability to watch someone charge an attack.

If you're talking about the ability to sense someone charging an attack behind you, then tell me the difference between that and cheating.

If you could sense someone charging an attack behind you, it would at least give you a chance to get away.

Or you could merely receive a warning when someone gets really close - the scouter could make an alert sound, and people using sense could shout out something.

that means that you can dodge anything where is the fun in that the game would get boring if you knew everithing (personaly i don't us the scouter aswell exept if i'm fighting an ultimate bot it's more fun and you have to koncentrte to know where you saw or heard a enemy)

Make it a technique and not automatic and I think it would work better. Hold down a button and after a second or so you cross your arms and start sensing people who are charging attacks or swooping towards you, or whatever. If it was automatic it would just get annoying, especially in a server where lots of players were spamming beams.

There are a few changes I'd make...
1. It is like Turbo, where as long as you're sensing, it costs Ki.
2. You cannot sense while charging a beam, or can sense less effectively, as your concentration would be on the beam, not on your sensing.
3. It would look like below (obviously not exactly, probably a round, standard radar screen). Blue dots for friends, red for enemies, and a square around somebody charging. OR.... to make it more "realistic", a solid color for every character. Like, everybody is red. In the show, if they sensed somebody, they didn't know if it was friend or enemy unless they knew PLs of each person. This would even out the "charging" warning, since it would also show your friends charging, and you wouldn't be certain who to react to.

I don't think you should have this thing in your scouter (great idea though).
I think that you should have something like a sensor (back to the top :tired: ).

When an attack is launched (not while it's being charged, so it would still have a chance to hit) and you don't see it, there will be a litle glow at the edge of the screen in the same direction the attack is coming from. If the attack is behind you, all the edges will glow.

I know it's not that good because sometimes you wont see multipile attacks, so it can also be done with the scouter:
In the scouter, a blue (or another color) dot will be the attack's head. Like the other dots, the larger it is, the stronger the attack is. You wont see the trail of the attack.

Maybe a dot could pulsate when someone is charging an attack, y'know, get bigger and smaller, or flash or something.
