This argument has been made before, so i'll say the same thing here as I did then:
1) Goten's importance has little-to-nothing to do with his inclusion into ESF.
2) Three attacks. Kamehameha, Kamekameha, Charge (the japanese translation is 'Attack!'). The first two are the same with a different sound .wav. The latter would basically be a stronger version of a basic melee strike that uses ki.
3) One trans, SSJ, unless used as part of Gotenks. Even then I think Gotenks would be better as a seperate character.
