In either case, you should never use a staff as a shaman, regardless of your spec..

Shield + 1h is way better for ele / resto if we check the stats for Spell dmg or +healing..

Enhancement should use dual wield weapons ( 2.60 or slower at mh ) while having a little faster at offhand ( around... 1.50ish ). 2h for PvP ofc. Hand of Ragnaros + Windfury one shotted people with WF crit, now that's what i call sick ( pre-tbc, still possible if the target doesn't have much resi aka are geared in blues and greens ).

Lukyas also seems to be very badly specced. From what i hear, he's enhancement. Lukyas, where is your Stormstrike and Shamanistic rage?

When I started with this char I had no idea about anything in WOW since this is my first time. So I took talents in all 3 tabs. Yeah, fail indeed, but I will let it stay until I hit 60. Then I will probably reset some of them.

WowLegion is not a pay2play server Lukyas, I can see it in your info tab in XFire and it's free to play on...
