hey i was just wondering if you can actually download a whole new character instead of just re-skinning older models

You can't make completely new characters in the game, but you CAN download new character models to replace teh default ones in the game, such as a tien for Gohan, and other stuff like that

and instead of just replacing the model and seeing the old model name, you could edit some files so it says that new character and find a new gui pic, like that cooler skin someone made
