NO!

New chars in 1.2 (especially Broly) have been discussed to death already. Use search. BTW this belongs to the suggestion/idea section, cause he wants a new char, not just a custom model.

Brolly will not be added, The ESF Team wants to stay strictly DBZ, not the DBZ Movies or DBGT. Sorry
