i was thinking maby a sapporting person to chose from, say like
dendai (sp?).

give him moves that would heal him, adn other people on ur side, i think it sounds a good idea but im not sure if it would be able to have it due he would be weak, maby have it as he gets a high PL by healing some one.

just a idea, what do you think?

Well who would play this Dende? Whats the point of healing so you get higher pl when you cant fight anyway? dende is a healer not a fighter

The game is too fast for a support character to be useful. Not only do people tend to die quickly and explosively, but the support character would also be an easy source of entertainment and PL for somebody who's intent on beating him around.

Though if we did have a Dende on the Good team, we could then have Babidi on the Evil team... Dende can heal, Babidi can, er, Majinize them or something. I want a Babidi!

I dont know, this idea sounds kind of weird, but anyways, if there was a Dende no one would be him so they should make dende a bot. But this idea probaly isnt going to happen since it would just be unfair. For instance say im about to kill you, then Dende comes along to heal you so i have to weaken you up all over again.

dint think it would be put in, i would play as him tho it would be a bit of a difrent playing experience. but yea, might not work.

about the PL thing, the high the PL, the less damge you would take from players with lower PL.

No, I like it Ocera. Like, to take another example, the medic from TF1/TFC. It can fight, a little bit..but mostly it's there to support the other characters. lol, you caught my attention when you brought up Babidi though Orz, nice. I'd pay those two chars.

just had and idea, what if only dandai or babdi, can only use the DB to make the wish, cos in the show, if i rember, thay alwas had kami\denai or some one thats not a fighter summon the dragon.

No, that's not actually true. Anyone can use the Dragon Balls. But Dende/Kami/Guru was required to create new ones, and to maintain them (that is to say if they die, the dragon balls disappear).

You may also have gotten that impression by the fact that the Namekian dragon required the wish to be stated in the Namekian language, which Freeza could not speak, but Dende could.

You're idea is still valid though, from a slighty different perspective. In a good vs evil game play mode (or a "Beat the Giant" mode), the evil guys are much more powerful (as per every evil guy in the series), but the good team has the advantage of some control over the dragonballs.
Some examples..
The support char could decide when the new Dragon Balls are created.
The good team has their dragon radar, and the bad guys got nothing but their eyes.
The support char can deicde what type of wishes (three weak wishes, ro one strong wish)

Of course, this is all very hyperthetical, and will probably be implemented in ESF Version Omega 198463.01
