Thats the one, but I don't remember it looking like that, guess you proved me wrong, in Budokai 2+3 the move is called 'Atomic Blast' btw and its Majin Vegeta exclusive. If there was an attack to add in 1.3 it would be this, not some crappeh genball.

thats what i thought.. coz this is an acctual attack and it looks cool, and i put the effort into making that gif...

Ahem its not i had bit biger pl and charge full final flash(Had full ki)
And a goku shot a kame We bouth were in the air and I LOST ITS WAKER! get my point! ;(

If you get in a struggle, you'll automaticly lose because the final flash drained all your ki, so there's almost no ki left for strugglin.

Me too, as a secondary fire for Big Bang Attack, instant explosion when it hits a brush (map surface) or shockwave if it hits an entity (player) but not very damaging on account of the no projectile travel time.
