Are you using Steam? You need to run ESF through Steam. That background indicates that you are not using Steam.

But i have steam, i dont know how to run ESF nad half-life through steam

When you install Steam and create an account, you need to register your Half-Life CD-Key. Once you register your Half-Life CD-Key, Steam will start downloading Half-Life to your computer, then it will update it to the latest version. Once that is complete, you are required to start Half-Life at least once in order to install ESF. Once you have Half-Life and ESF installed; all you need to do is open up Steam and both of them should be in your games list.

put sv_lan 1(open console sv_lan 1 , maxplayers 12,map esf_city and it suld work) to play on lan because that was a lan game and whitout steam it dose not work to create server except whit sv_lan 1, and MC explane the rest

Like I stated previously, those missing files are not important enough to cause ESF to crash. What's causing it to crash is you not using Steam.

Lol,ok well.....You may have installed steam and made a account.But was that account valid???

In order to get a valid steam account,you need to buy it over steam or purchase a copy of Half-Life,Counter-Strike etc [Which ever has the Half-Life engine]

EDIT : No don't do that,that won't solve the problem.If you DO have a vailid account then just re-install ESF 1.2.3
