Need Help Pls

i used two mirrors for the esf download and i get the same error, someway into the installation it says "Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product ESF beta. The windows installer cannot continue." Right after it says, "Error:-1603- Fatal error during installation. Consult winodws installer (MSI.chm) or MSDN for more information. I had esf 2 months ago on my comp. Could it be that i changed my Counter-Strike directory to CS?

It could be that or it could be a window's problem try runnig windows update

what u mean by this. did u rename ur Counter-strike to CS??

i changed my Counter-Strike folder name to CS

then as Torlon said it could be that just try changeing it back. and reinstalling counterstrike again to make sure its not that. then try esf again that way u can be certin

no it is the install maybe you might have to run windows update to update the version of your installer if that does not work go search arround and you will find a topic related to this 1..
