Need help on ESF for Laptop

Hey i fixed my ESF on My Desktop but not my Laptop it says the following
Could not library C:\Sierra\Half-Life\esf\cl_dlls

Please help Thank You

Also try reinstalling esf 1.1 again because something could have happened during the install.

Fine where did u get yours Hsu

Cause I reinstalled it 3 time and i reinstalled it by getting the 1.0 version and then the 1.1 version

It could be because of 3 thing :

-like hsu say, u need to reinstall it cuz something has hapenned during the installation
-If u dont have the patch 1.1.1.0 installed (or the 1.0.0.5 if u are running esf with cs retail), go d/l it cuz u need it to make esf work ...
-load esf in another place cuz this is a corrupted file

i think this is the only thing that can cause this error

Ive tried all of those things.
Im getting so pissed off at my Laptop.
Does anyone play on their laptops anyway?
If the person who created ESF could help or make one for Laptops.

Ok, from the start:

Step #1 Install Half Life to the "default" location which is C drive.
Step #2 Install the Half Life update patch from one of the free serves, here.
Step #3 Install ESF Beta 1.1 to the Half Life directory, EX: C: \SIERRS\Half Life\

If all else fails, if you have another drive install everything there.
Also if it still fails and you need the cl_dlls, I'll be happy to send it to you.

Jsut follow what the others said and to you notice: This problem ahs NOTHING to do with the fact that you try to play on a laptop. Nothing. So don't blame them for ESF not being laptop compatible

I think it is because i never updated Half Life (OMG Im an Idiot) Is cause i tried before but the dam won program said their was something about my internet access that couldnt reach the program.
Its not My fault the dam Won program didn't want to work. Its my fault i never checked File Planet to see if i could upgrade it.
Im trying to see if it will work ill tell if it did. :laff:

Ok I was Right i didnt update Half Life (Im an idiot)
