Need help in loading ESF

OK I need some help on loading ESF. I got Windows XP but my computer got all messed so I got Windows 98. I download all the stuff you need (HL + the latest mod, ESF Beta1.0). Everything looks good but when I try to play ESF using Half-Life to get there on the list of mods theres no ESF and i cant filter ESF for Internet Games. Plez tell me any tips and help me I like this game alot and I wanna play it again.:cry:

It should be there in Filter... hmm...I know that problem but know I don't...
