388 was pretty awesome, I really thought Itachi had stolen Sasuke's eyes, but I wonder what this new technique is gonna do? Sasuke so far is doing really well, I think he's gonna win!

Amaterasu was used once when Itachi was trapped in Jiraiya's frog belly technique.
He was able to rip a whole through a wall (which Jiraiya thought to be impossible) and only black flames were left.
Sasuke should get Mangekyo, then the Manga would be broken.
Has anyone else had to read the past couple mangas a couple times before they fully got what was happening? I don't know what it is, but the way they've been set up recently has been extremely confusing.

Did Manda die for certain? I don't really remember..
Ah well I would think he could do it with another snake or something. I mean Jiraya summons the stomach of a toad which got burned through once but came back later just fine. So who knows.

That's true...but I am pretty sure Manda died, I mean she did get the most of that explosion it seems. Plus the way she stopped talking afterwards made it seems like she died. Plus they just kinda left her there for dead anyways, so it is an assumption, but I'm fairly certain she's 6 ft. under.

I don't know if its possible for something as huge and awesome as Manda to die, if anything, Sasuke wouldn't summon Manda cause he'd kick Sasuke's ass for what he did the last time.
Anyway, I think for originalities sake, he won't summon a snake and will bust out some other unique move of pure awesomeness to avoid the black fire. Let's hope so anyway.

Yea I mean he did learn a lot from Orochimaru. Maybe those huge wall things that Orochimaru summoned to avoid getting his ass kicked by Naruto with 4 tails. And of course summons can die. They're just like regular animals, but live in a different dimension cause they're freakin huge. And what did Sasuke do to Manda the first time?

Well Sasuke had Manda take all the damage, and Manda was pretty pissed off about it, if Manda got a chance to, I'm sure he'd want to get a little revenge on Sasuke, that's not to say that he couldn't just summon him like before to take the hit then run away.
As for him being dead, I was hoping for some classic Naruto summon wars, like frog boss + slug boss vs. snake boss, ala legendary sennin battle. It's possible considering Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke's sensei's.

Yea, it would be cool to end on that, but I don't see it happening. Plus we have no clue if Sakura got the summon thing at all, or if she'd be able to summon it unless her chakra reserves got a lot bigger.
