I think that's highly unlikely. If anything, those chains will just pull Kurama out of Naruto, leaving him as a non-jinchuuriki for the rest of the series.

So.. I totally forgot about the chapters because of christmas yesterday.

I feel like this is the first time we've seen Naruto not in a tailed beast form since last year.

Let's see for how long. It was kind of funny because a lot of people were ranting in the end of chapter comments (on MS) about Kishimoto's "X-Mas present" (Naruto's temporary death).

Probably not. But Naruto is the only person to master Frog Senjutsu after Hashirama, thats something that's above any Hokage in my opinion. And now that Madara is alive and Naruto is without a Nine Tails, even if Naruto doesn't win, it would be a fair fight to watch.

Nope, Hashirama does not know Frog Senjutsu, he knows some other form of senjutsu!

The next chapter will probably have something to do with what Kurama told Gaara.

Was it after the next chapter that Jump takes a huge break?

Issue #04-05 -> third week of December
Issue #06-07 -> first week of January
Issue #22-23 -> last week of April
Issue #36-37 -> first week of August

At least that's what i understood.

If Kurama got extracted from Naruto doesn't that mean he's in a pretty tight spot at the moment? if I can remember, don't Jinchuuriki's die when they get their TBs extracted from them?

There's always a second Kurama around

Normally yes. But the ones from the Uzumaki clan don't die. So he's fine in that aspect it's just that he lost a great deal of his strength and he's kind of weak right now.
Yeah and there's the other half lying around. We'll see what happens.

Woah... that was fast. I imagine a lot of Sasuke haters rejoicing at that last panel.
But of course he doesn't really die tha fast. We have to witness Hashirama's lent power.
All in all it was worth the wait. Good chapter.
