weird, I thought yamato was put in the middle of some tree. Looks completely different from what I remember seeing in the manga.

As a side note, I'm pretty disappointed with how Zetsu ended up being. I thought he would be some crazy mother****er from somewhere, but no he's basically a clone.

Yeah it's true. And it's not very different than the manga.

Also, I wonder if Madara will actually take Sasuke's eyes or is he going to flee and search for his own(the other remaining one)?

Probably not. But we'll see.
It would be interesting for Yamato to have a comeback of some sort. We might even go crazy with this and expect him to get Sage Mode power-up since he was in contact with the First's cells and the Gedo Mazou for so long. Who knows.

It didn't sound like it was until he started absorbing chakra (Sasuke's amaterasu and the kyuubi chakra from some Alliance dudes). Seems like although his Rinnegan eyes are not in his sockets he can remotely use them (or that's how it seems considering the absorbing thing).

Hah you should watch the Anime, episode 340 (i think), where Shisui takes out his eye while smiling and no sign of pain whatsoever. Apparently, in Naruto, eye surgeries are overrated.

I have no idea what to think about Madara's stamina and resillience, like seriously he got super beatdown with some massive attacks and "nothing" is he so powerful in his base + hashirama lifeforce (and senjutsu)! For me it is quite unbelievable. I mean, up until now a single person fighting one bijuu was practically ludacris, and he is going up against 9 of them at the same time with a cocky attitude that exudes superiority.
