Seems like the entire series is getting very close to finishing. Only final subplots I can think of is the fight with Madara, and Naruto's battle with Sasuke (probably) for Hokage.

...Well, that and the romantic subplots that will never be expanded upon because god forbid shounen jump manga's ever fully develop a character.
