If Itachi is alive that means that Itachi could have effortlessly defeated Sasuke if he really wanted to.

Of course he could. But he didn't want to. He had his thing planned long time.
Oh and i don't think Itachi is alive....it's just genjutsu.

Itachi being alive would actually make a lot of sense. He might have used a fancy jutsu to create a faux body (which made him really ill), and then transferred his entire power and soul into Sasuke (would also explain how Sasuke's Sharingan reacted upon seeing Madara), and now that Sasuke found Danzo, Itachi comes back out of Sasuke to kill Danzo.

Nah. That's too far fetched if you ask me.

Everyone wants Itachi to be alive and i know that a lot of crazy**** stuff happen in the Naruto world but....
Hell...it's plausible.
Although i'm skeptical about this.
I believe that it is the same as with Naruto and his father. Just like Minato stored some of his chakra in Naruto as a fail-safe mechanism.

Also notice how Itachi's face looks oddly drawn, he looks 3 years younger.

Maybe Itachi's Reappearance has something to do with Naruto being Uncontious..

Well, Itachi did give Naruto some kind of 'power', one of those birds flew in his mouth. Could've been a failsafe just to secure Itachi, in case Sasuke died. And whomever encountered Danzo first (Sasuke, or Naruto) would revive Itachi.

Plausible,yeah. Although i doubt it.

I dunno. This might be the return of Itachi. Itachi just might be the new Goku.

I just saw last two episodes and they do not roxorz, Im not a fan of that chapter but am looking forward to the Killer Bee fight, I wonder when will the fillers pop in

I dunno man. They are everyone's nightmare. i hope not anytime too soon.

On the other hand, i found a pic on deviantart while browsing for some naruto pics and it got me thinking about that Obito thing.
Here it is:

Doesn't it somehow resemble the guy? It has no eyes of his own and there are two "sides" of him.
What do you think about it? I know this is kind of silly but we don't really know much about Zetsu or Tobi.
