I think one of his tails was cut off during the fight (when Sasuke saved Karin from Bee falling on her) and so Bee went into the tail so he could re-materialize/summon himself out from the tail.

You know what i think?
I believe that Jiraya's code that said "The real one isn't there!" is the answer to Pein's secret.
When he fought Pein he said that he he didn't felt Nagato(the little kid with Rinnegan that he trained in his youth) in the other six Peins;
He felt Nagato only in the Pein he killed later on!
So my idea is that, coming from a technological advanced city, the seven Peins(currently six left) are some kind of machines/androids receiving chackra waves through those black sticks(chakra receivers) remotely from Nagato,who is also the one controlling them(with the real Rinnegan aswell).

them pains are just he's clones as dead enemy bodies, if you didnt figure that out yet..

one of which is he's best friend and others are some great shinobi warriors etc..

You know who's going to jump in, right? Naruto or Sakura. I know it will be Naruto, but it would be kind of cool to see where Sakura's training with Tsunade has taken her. In Naruto, there's several key characters you won't die, and it's not likely anyone from Team 7 will. Naruto's already lost one of his mentors recently.

I'd honestly like to see Sasuke fight Pein. Sasuke's got some of the most badass taijutsu techniques ever. Mangekyo Sharingan too...

Good call. Looks like Tsunade was right about the Root ANBU guy as well.

Danzo was part of the conspiracy against the Uchiha clan. Tobi/Madara want to get revenge on Konoha (and the people behind the clanocide). Would be pretty stupid if you ask me.

Tobi is Danzo

Have any of you noticed that Tobi may be Danzo. The reason I believe this, is because when you look at each of their faces they look alike very much. Danzo right eye is concealed by bandages and but at Tobi its his right side that is concealed. The reason I think why is because Danzo is trying to hide his sharingan, and Danzo has been very interested in Sasuke so the possibility of Tobi being Danzo is very big i think. The only thing that dosn't match is the hair but there may be some explanation to that. Danzo is also very interested in taking over Konoha and the same thing with Uchiha Madara, and as stated Tobi called himself Madara.
