I wonder how many episodes it will take for the anime to get to the fight between Itachi and Sasuke.

Remember? Naruto swore not to use Kiyuubi chakra again. He promised to do everything with his own strength. He never breaks his promises and he's getting stronger everyday now with his new training system.

Also, Madara was able to control Kiyuubi with his Mangekyo Sharingan and now Sasuke has a even more deadly Sharingan. We still don't know it's effects tho.

We don't know if it's deadlier than Madara's. We just know that Sasuke automatically uses it against Madara when Madara tries to use a sharingan technique on Sasuke. But we don't know if Sasuke is actually able to use that ameratsu on his own

I'm pretty sure Itachi's implant was a one off thing.

He had it trigger when Sasuke SAW Madara's sharingan not when he used it on him.

And would kind of explain why Sasuke wasn't trying to fry Madara at every other line in that conversation.

This weeks chapter brought nothing new, it just establishes that the fight between Naruto and Sasuke will be inevitable.

I don't think it is any mangekyo technique, Naruto lacks the sharingan (unlike Sasuke).

Yeah but Sasuke's new mangekyou is different than the one that auto-triggered itself when Madara tried to do something! Anyway this could be nonsense as well !

I doubt Itachi gave Naruto any kind of Sharingan or Mangekyou since he doesn't have the genes required for it.

2 things i can think of:
Full controll over The Fox's chakra via sharingan control (Remember Itachi'S eyes are alive as he probably was gone inside and took controll over the fox, MAYBE!)

or

Memories of sasuke's past.

like seeing through the illusions, which is something itachi was quite good at
