Alright well you didn't say those things in your original post which was what I was replying to.

currently Jutsu Mode is at a disadvantage.
Not really.. Sasuke for example is just jumping around evading melee while doing jumping katons. Most people just run away, do a jutsu, run away again, then do a jutsu. The only thing you can basically do to stop them is while theyre inputting jutsus, throw a kunai at them to stop there jutsu. Which would be even harder if they could run around.
That and I never heard them say in the show "Dude, whoa whoa, slow down! Could you please stop using Jutsu's while running? I am trying to kill you here..and you are putting me at a serious disadvantage..that's lame!"
It doesn't really matter what you didn't hear from the show. Like ESF, NNK should be aiming at a balanced gameplay, not show accuracy.

There is a difference of opinion gameplay wise here then. I for one, am almost never hit by a Jutsu in this game. React fast enough and anyone who hurls toward you with a Rasengan or Chidori can easily be evaded by jumping. Housenka and the other fire jutsu can easily be evaded by...jumping. Sakura's massive power jutsu can again be evaded..rather easily, by jumping or just running away. That's why adding in movement while doing Jutsu's would make that evading a bit harder to do, because you don't know if they are coming at you doing a Jutsu or just melee.

Those 3 could be evaded pretty easily if it's 1on1, but in an actual FFA, you'll have people coming at you from behind, Kakashi's pakun stunning you, you'll have sasuke's firing katons into a crowd of people, then shurikens being hurled and exploding kunai's. The melee is already at a disadvantage, before improving the other things, it's wise to figure out a way to make melee up a notch with everything else.

Right now we have people that just run and spam flame justsus (yes sasuketards), don't you think that casting while running will encourage those?

Start using kawamari to evade incoming jutsu attacks before you appear get behind your opponent and start doing some melee combo'ing on them it works well for me!

It would a good game if it didn't crash or glitch up so much.

But other then that its a pretty beasty game.

Yeah the team is hard at work on fixing those bugs. Difference testing with a small amount of people and then having a whole lot of users try playing and hoping everything is stable which 99.9% of the time of any first release it is not.

Would someone please tell me how the hell you do that Kawamari, because I have yet to figure it out. And I don't know if it was told in the tutorial, because after Kunai throwing, the tutorial crashes for me.

Maybe, but it may also do the exact opposite. It might actually encourage you to use Chidori (a non-powered up version of it though) while hurling towards your enemy.

It's an interesting game with potential.
So far, I find the gameplay fun. If it wasn't for all the little bugs that need to be fixed here and there, some strange animations sometimes, and running on walls making me dizzy, it would be a solid game.

I think I am going to follow this game rather closely over the next year or two. Could be very good.
