There are 3 for gamecube, Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 1, 2, and 3, but are only available for PAL (Japanese) gamecubes. You could get an action replay, which uses a freeloader, to play these japanese fames, but you must have an older gamecube for it to work.
My brother owns 2 and 3 (and kicks my ass in it). 3 Is basically the same as 2, but with more stuff (characters, modes, options, etc.) You can do devasting combos, signature moves, "teleport", and even transform with some characters (Kyuubi, Sharigan, Open Gates) It's rather fun, but too bad the wording is in japanese.
There is also one for Gameboy Advanced (PAL) and he is a fighter in a shoenn jump all star fighter game for the DS in the future for japan.
